warranty & returns
Manufacturer's Warranty
All our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the tax invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice, please let us know, and we'll re-issue it. Note that most small appliances have no "in-house service". If your appliance requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent. These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer directly.
Extended Warranties
All extended warranties are covered by United Warranties, Australia's largest third party warranty provider. For more information on what is included in the Extended Warranty, please click here.
Commercial Warranties
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only. Note that all Westinghouse, Kelvinator, Chef, Simpson, Electrolux and Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial warranty.
Returns Policy
We accept returns only if the product is unaltered and unopened in any way. Customers must be in contact within 7 days of receiving the product in order for the return to be accepted.
When a return is accepted, the item from its’ original delivery point unless otherwise indicated. Any return shipping fees will be passed to the customer. Once the unopened item is received back to our location, a refund or exchange will be offered. Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount. The refund will be paid in the same manner as the original payment was made. On exchanges, any difference in price between credit amount and the new item is payable prior to the new item being sent out.

Regular delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Saturday and after hours deliveries available at an extra cost (contact us for more).
If you're not home when we deliver, we'll leave a card for you pick up the product from your local post office, or depot for larger items.
